Our Story
When the rhythm of life changed, Bobby Marcum discovered a new melody. After three years in industrial sales, an unexpected calling brought him back to the family piano — and to a lifelong craft. Under the guidance of a parent and an experienced tuner, Bobby found purpose in sound itself: the balance between mechanics and music, precision and passion.
Together with his wife Macy, Bobby founded Marcum Music Services to offer something rare — a business where artistry and integrity play in tune. What began with tuning pianos quickly grew to include live performances and trusted partnerships with leading piano retailers.
Bobby serves as a full-time as a worship leader and pastor at Lakewood Baptist Church, guiding others through music and discipleship. And Marcum Music Services is the steady rhythm that sustains both life and livelihood — one piano, one performance, one person at a time.
